Who we are

This website is operated by Design for Serenity, a landscape design business in Southern California. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@designforserenity.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site:

• Consultation requests: your name, email, phone (optional), project city, project details, and any budget or timeline information you choose to share.
• Email list, course early-access, and Ask Laura beta signups: your email address.

This site does not use accounts, does not process payments, and does not set cookies. We do not currently run analytics; if that changes, this policy will be updated first.

How we use it

• To respond to your consultation inquiry.
• To send occasional emails to the lists you joined. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
• To send beta invitations and course announcements you asked for.

We do not sell or rent your information.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, which processes them on our behalf. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Links to Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook lead to those platforms and their own privacy policies.

Your choices

Email info@designforserenity.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Unsubscribe links appear in every list email.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
